Responsibilities of Parents in Child Development

On September 27, 2026, an information workshop on "Responsibilities of Parents in Child Development in the present context" was organized at the Dharma Jyothi Social Centre. The event was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Reverend Sister Veera Monis, Director of the Dharma Jyothi Social Centre. The resource person, counsellor Mrs. Judy Pinto, explained briefly that children are a gift from God; today's children are tomorrow's citizens, and the way we raise them determines the future of our country. Mr. Melvin and Mrs. Dilshad represented the parents. Mrs. Renita Lewis welcomed the gathering, and Mrs. Neetha delivered the vote of thanks. Mrs. Sunitha compered the program.
