Vamanjoor: AMRAT TalithaKum India Arise Foundation supported Indian Co-ordinator Sr. Sherly Thomas visited Dharma Jyothi Social Centre on 4 August 2023. Sr. Joel Lasrado coordinator of Dharma Jyothi Social Centre welcomed her. She visited tailoring and tuition centres at Edurpadavu which is under DharmaJyothicentre. She found the creativity in stitching which were shown by tailoring students and she gave some instruction for the tailoring students for their future plans. Likewise the students of tuition center welcomed her with welcome dance. One of the students shared the experience about tuition and all the children entertained through action songs. She was satisfied and happy that tuition classes are running smoothly under the guidance of the teachers. She wished the children well. There were 65 participants including parents and tuition children

Vamanjoor: Free Foot Pulse Therapy program was organized in collaboration with Spoorthi Charitable Trust and Companio at Dharma Jyothi Social Centre, Vamanjoor. It was inaugurated on 26/08/2023 at 9 a.m. by the President, Sr. Leena SRA and Co-ordinator, Sr. Joel Lasrado, SRA. Mr. Chandrashekar, the therapist was present. This program is continued for 15 days from 9.00 - 4.30 pm daily. Around 82 people enjoyed the free benefit. Those interested are requested to avail this facility

Vamanjoor: Health Awareness Programme was organized for the parents on 27 August, 2023 at Dharma Jyothi Social Centre, Vamanjoor. Professor Ramyashree S. of Fr. MullersHospital was the resource person. She gave awareness on health and life style to 92 parents. Mrs. Sunitha welcomed. Mrs. Renita gave proposed vote of thanks and Mrs. Neetha compered the program. Sr. Joel, the coordinator of Dharma Jyothi was present for the program. All the parents actively participated in the programme. After the programme health kits were distributed to all.
